Meet the Doctor

Dr. Sarah Eid

Dr. Sarah Eid is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive eye care to her patients. Born and raised in NY, Dr. Eid moved south to attend the University of Central Florida, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, while also pursuing her love for the arts by studying theatre.

She earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Eid completed clinical training across a diverse range of settings, including multiple VA clinics, the Perkins School for the Blind, and specialized corneal and cataract surgical centers.

Dr. Eid firmly believes that the eye is a true extension and expression of the human body. Through comprehensive eye exams, she is dedicated to identifying the early signs of systemic illnesses—such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and autoimmune diseases before they manifest elsewhere in the body. Professionally, she is deeply committed to elevating the standard of eye care in her community, proudly serving on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians and active member of the Florida Optometric Association.

Outside the Clinic
Dr. Eid’s life is grounded in her faith and family. She deeply loves her church and enjoys a close bond with her 3 brothers. Her approach to practice is inspired by Matthew 6:22—”The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light”—viewing her work as a meaningful way to bring health and light into her patients’ lives. When she isn’t serving others, Dr. Eid is a culinary adventurer who loves exploring new cuisines and enjoys music from the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s, especially Johnny Cash!
